The heartbeat of L’Andana, like any kitchen in Tuscany is the wood-burning grill. Our Chef uses the highest quality, seasonal ingredients and depends on the searing heat and smoky flavors of the wood grill to bring out their bold flavors.

As in Tuscany, the daily menu at L'Andana changes with the seasons. The chef uses the freshest ingredients possible to create authentic flavors.Steaks, chops and seafood are seasoned and grilled and are paired with a wide variety of accompaniements including polenta, potatoes, grilled vegetables and fresh greens. These accompaniments also vary year-round and change with the seasons.

Our Pastry Chef creates decadent desserts and uses the best-quality chocolate and the freshest seasonal fruits to provide the perfect ending to a perfect meal.
